This year, the Houses Awards are celebrating 10 years, with the 2020 awards culminating in a total of 159 entries shortlisted across nine categories including our projects Ruckers Hill House, Clinker Brick House and Richmond House.

All three projects have been shortlisted in the Alteration and Addition over 200m2 category, and both Ruckers Hill House and Clinker Brick House in the House in a Heritage Context category. Ruckers Hill House has also been shortlisted in the Sustainability category. Winners and commendations will be announced on Friday 31 July.
