The project is a multi-unit development in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, providing Specialist Disability Accommodation in the ‘Robust’ design category. The design strategy for the site employs the use of a highly considered and integrated landscape approach, a strong focus on passive sustainability and comfort measures, and the use of durable and authentic materials and detailing to provide a high-quality built outcome.This project navigates a complex web of requirements and responds to the varied needs of the future residents and their carers.
